At age 15, Jean Briese unexpectedly found herself and her three younger siblings living in a foster home. Despite the chaos and heartbreak she was experiencing at the time, the unconditional kindness of strangers led to a life-changing moment for Jean, in which she decided that she was going to live a good life and become one of the “helpers” who showed kindness to others.

As an adult, Jean spent over 25 years of her career creating and leading award-winning teams for a Fortune 10 technology firm. After leaving the corporate world, she began focusing on one of her core passions: helping individuals and teams achieve what others think is impossible. She has been recognized by Phoenix Business Journal as an Outstanding Woman in Business, and received a Stevie Award from the Phoenix chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) for “Best Response to the Pandemic by a Woman-Led Nonprofit Organization.” Jean is also a highly rated motivational speaker who teaches audiences worldwide how to conquer change and elevate their skills in order to achieve breakthrough results.
