With expertise in over 80 mergers and acquisitions, she has guided executives through the intricate human dynamics of transformational change and growth. Molly hosts the popular Say It Skillfully podcast and video series, and is a TEDx speaker and member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches. She serves on the boards of several privately held companies and the Cornell Engineering College Council, and is a strong advocate of social enterprise.
