From the time we are young children, most of us begin incurring some forms of trauma. As we move into adulthood, it may seem that these traumatic experiences remain in the past – but in reality, they are often still a part of us, impacting our worldviews and our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. While many different therapeutic modalities aim to help overcome trauma, the ‘Time-Light’ method offers a unique approach by re-examining conventional understandings of time.

Bryan Hubbard, the creator of the ‘Time-Light’ method and our guest in Episode 92 of The MINDSet Game® podcast, struggled with chronic depression for years due to the emotional abuse that he suffered for much of his childhood. His path to healing began with a revelation: time is an energy rather than a dimension, and addressing the past traumatic experiences that we still carry is the key to returning to our natural, “time-light” state.

In this episode, Bryan discusses the following:

  • The goal of the ‘Time-Light’ method and how it differs from conventional therapy
  • The difference between being time-light and time-heavy – and the benefits of attaining a time-light state
  • The power of thought and why it’s important to question all the assumptions you have about yourself and your life

With an extensive background as a journalist, editor, and publisher, Bryan is also the author of Time-Light and The Untrue Story of You. To learn more, visit https://time-light.co.uk.To subscribe to The MINDset Game® podcast, visit www.TheMINDsetGame.com.
