One modality that has gained popularity for its ease of use, versatility, and scientific backing is known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a set of techniques involving a gentle tapping or percussion of the fingertips on the skin intended to reduce psycho-physiological stress. 

After serious health setbacks in her twenties led her to discover the power of EFT, Arishma Singh has become an expert in the modality. As a globally certified and accredited EFT practitioner, Arishma leveraged EFT tapping to develop her own methodology called THRIVE, which she shares in her book, “The Respected Salesperson,” in an effort to enable high performers to achieve sustainable success without compromising their well-being. She also uses EFT tapping to empower individuals and corporate teams to overcome inner blocks, enhance productivity and performance, and achieve life-changing transformation.
