As humans, we are capable of experiencing a vast range of emotions, from anger to shame, grief to joy. However, when we encounter intense or difficult emotions, we often try to bury or avoid truly feeling them. Over time, this can create emotional baggage or “trapped emotions” — which can lead to mental and physical pain, self-sabotage, and a variety of health challenges.
